Overview
Fire type (ほのおタイプ, honō taipu) is a type in the Pokémon series. Pokémon may have one to two types, and one type is always a technique.
The affinity of the type is one of the factors that determine the advantage or disadvantage of the battle.
This is one of the types that have appeared since the first generation.
Many Pokémon in the Fire type category are characterized by motifs such as flames and volcanoes.
As a general trend, many Pokémon have warm colors such as red, orange, and yellow in their appearance. Many Pokémon have a design in which a part of their body is on fire, and these Pokémon are very popular, depending on their design.
As of the 9th generation, only the Fairy type has not been introduced as a composite type.
