Hieda no Akyuu (稗田阿求) is a character appearing in the music CDs and related books of Touhou Project, a bullet-hell STG produced by Team Shanghai Alice. She is the head of the Hieda family, a famous family in the Human Village, and is the ninth generation of the Child of Miare. She loves Yougakudan music, drink black tea, and rabbit nabe.

She has been repeatedly reincarnated for more than 1,000 years in order to compile Gensokyo Chronicle, a book about the youkai of Gensokyo.

Nicknames from fans include Akkyun and AQN.

Her first appearance was in the music CD Akyu's Untouched Score. After that, she appeared as the author of the work Gensokyo Chronicle in the book Perfect Memento in Strict Sense. She also appeared as the organizer of a dialogue in its sequel, Symposium of Post-mysticism.
