The Bronquian Empire rots, torn apart by the fangs of various kinds of injustice day by day.
In the trade capital of the empire, Tiera, a certain three childhood friends refuse to lose to despair, and fight in order to protect the oppressed, chasing after small-time villains in the name of hope.
The leader of the three, the red-haired young man Garlot, personally struggled against injustice in the past, and because of this he cannot abandon people who are suffering, and strongly desires power to save the poor. His dearest wish is to save the empire, and one day even the whole world, from the claws of injustice.
One day.
Finding the villainous merchant Norn in the middle of kidnapping a little girl, the Blaze vigilantes chase him and his allies all day.
As they try to grasp victory, they are forced to accept their own weakness, and they discover strength of will enough to try to overcome it.
At the end of the battle, a noble named Velleman appears before Garlot.
